VIP Aero Lounge offers aviation-themed merchandise and other products through our online store.

Most merchandise is produced on demand specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because products are made to order, production begins after your order is submitted.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and pricing accurately.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings, manufacturing process, and product materials.

Product availability, designs, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

VIP Aero Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our merchandise is produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selections, incorrect color selections, or changes of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the time period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.
