All VIP Aero Lounge merchandise is produced on demand specifically for each order. Because our products are custom-made after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

After the issue is reviewed, an eligible order may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless specifically requested.

Size and Color Selection

Because each product is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product variation was selected when placing the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are submitted. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted for production.

Refunds
When a refund is approved for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
